Emerson Group and The Job Exchange<\/a> proudly attended the 2nd Annual Mid Atlantic Staffing Association<\/a> (MASA) Industry Awards on September 11, 2025. Several team members were recognized across multiple categories, with Renee Stipa<\/a> receiving the honor of Direct Hire Recruiter of the Year<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Award Categories & Nominations:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Direct Hire Recruiter of the Year<\/strong> \u2013 Both Sue Whelan<\/em><\/a> and Renee Stipa<\/em> were nominated, with Renee winning this year, after being nominated last year too.<\/li>\n
  2. Staffing Employee of the Year<\/strong> \u2013 Congratulations to Sue Whelan<\/em> for also being nominated in a second category.<\/li>\n
  3. Owner\/President of the Year<\/strong> \u2013 Bill Emerson<\/em><\/a>, our President, was nominated again after winning last year.<\/li>\n
  4. Operations Professional of the Year<\/strong> \u2013 Karen Miller<\/em><\/a>, Marketing Manager, was recognized in this newly added category.<\/li>\n
  5. Sales Development Professional of the Year<\/strong> \u2013 Congratulations to Lori Colasanti<\/a> <\/em>on her nomination, and to Flo Ryan<\/em><\/a> for being recognized again following her win last year.<\/li>\n
  6. Industry Partner of the Year<\/strong> \u2013 We extend congratulations to all the finalists and winners in this category.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
