\n<\/strong>President and CEO, Bill Emerson<\/a>, has announced that Mary Emerson, VP of Operations, is retiring after more than 23 years with Emerson Group!
\n\u201cAs the saying goes, all good things must come to an end. It is with great respect and admiration that I congratulate Mary as she prepares for retirement this summer, eagerly anticipating dedicating more time to her family, traveling, and embracing her forthcoming role as a first-time Grandma! As we say goodbye, I want to express our deepest gratitude for her exceptional service, helping others become more successful, and unwavering dedication to our company.\u201d Bill continued, \u201cMary\u2019s leadership and commitment have been instrumental in the success of Emerson Group, and her work ethic has set a standard of excellence. She will be remembered and cherished by all of us, our candidates, vendors, and everyone she came in contact with.\u201d<\/p>\n

Mary\u2019s Last Day<\/h3>\n

Mary\u2019s official last day will be Friday, June 28th. \u201cAs I prepare to retire after 23 incredible years with Emerson Group, I am filled with a sense of pride, but mostly gratitude. It has been an honor to\u00a0work alongside such dedicated and talented people. Thank you all for the support, friendship, and shared commitment to excellence. Since I don\u2019t live too far, you can be assured I\u2019ll be popping back in from time to time,\u201d Mary continued. \u201cBut I look forward to spending more time with my family and enjoying some fun new adventures.\u201d<\/p>\n

Third Generation
\n<\/strong>As we bid farewell to Mary, we are equally excited to announce the appointment of\u00a0Will Emerson<\/a>, as Director of Operations. \u00a0Will is a third-generation member of the Emerson family, bringing fresh perspectives. Will is excited to join the Emerson Group team, though he\u2019s no stranger to the business, having been around it his entire life!\u00a0 President Bill Emerson said \u201cAs a father, welcoming my son into our family business fills me with immense pride.\u00a0 Witnessing him embrace our legacy, core values, and contribute his unique talents and perspective reaffirms the continuity and strength of our family\u2019s journey. \u00a0Together, we\u2019ll continue to build upon the foundation laid by his grandparents, Skip and Annette before us. I look forward to a future that honors our past, while charting new paths forward.\u201d\u00a0 After graduating from Moorestown High School, Will pursued his academic and athletic passions at McDaniel College, where he played football for the Green Terror.\u00a0 In 2019, he earned his Business Administration Degree.\u00a0 Bringing experience in the commercial real estate field and financial services role with a wealth management company, Will is well prepared to contribute to the team\u2019s success.<\/p>\n
