Bill joined the family business back in 1990 as a recruiter concentrating in the health care industry, then outside sales, and moving onto division manager.\u00a0 In 1998, company founders Skip and Annette Emerson decided to ease their way out of the day-to-day operations and Bill stepped in as president. In 2013 Emerson Group expanded and opened their Philadelphia office. As the president,\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:wemerson@emersongroupinc.com\">Bill<\/a> continually strives to create a work environment that breed\u2019s success and allows people to grow. <img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-3081 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/emersongroupinc.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/collage-of-bill-celebrating-25-years-emerson-anniversary1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"225\" height=\"300\" \/>\u00a0<em>\u201cCreating an environment that helps both clients and employees reach their personal, professional and financial goals is my number one priority.\u00a0 When this is accomplished, everything else falls into place.\u201d\u00a0<\/em>\u00a0He continues,\u00a0<em>\u201cEmerson\u2019s foundation is built on honesty, integrity, communication, and loyalty.\u00a0 My parents established this in 1971 and we all still live by it today.<\/em>\u00a0<em>Yes, I am biased, but I truly believe the team we have put together is the most talented and professional group in the industry.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>On a personal note, Bill received his Bachelor of Science degree from Springfield College in Springfield, Massachusetts and currently resides with his wife and two children in Moorestown, NJ. \u00a0He is extremely active in the community and current board member of the YMCA of Burlington and Camden Counties,\u00a0President of the Mid-Atlantic Staffing Association (MASA), Chairman of Tri-State Human Resources Career Management Committee, and past President of Moorestown Football Parents Club, The Tender, Urban Promise Development Committee, and Garden State Rotary Club.<\/p>\n<p>All of us here at Emerson Group are very thankful for Bill and his hard work, leadership, and epitomizing the Emerson\u2019s Core Values each and every day!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Emerson Group\u00a0is celebrating Bill Emerson\u2019s 25\u00a0years with the company.
