href=\"http:\/\/www.bizjournals.com\/philadelphia\/\">Philadelphia Business Journal\u2019s<\/a>\u00a0<strong><em>2014<\/em><\/strong><em>\u00a0<strong>Best Places to Work.<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0\u00a0 The region\u2019s top companies were recognized last week at The Sonesta Philadelphia Hotel.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cThis award has special meaning because it comes from my team.\u00a0 I am truly honored and blessed to work with such a caring and talented group of professionals.\u201d<\/em>\u00a0said\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:wemerson@emersongroupinc.com\">Bill Emerson<\/a>, President of Emerson Group about receiving this award.<\/p>\n<p>The event gather executives from influential companies in the Philadelphia regions for a morning of networking, keynote presentation, and an exciting awards ceremony.\u00a0 A complete list of winners was profiled in a special section of the Philadelphia Business Journal\u2019s October 10<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0issue including the top three winners in each company-size category.<\/p>\n<p>Philadelphia Business Journal\u2019s research partner, Quantum Workplace, tabulated the results of the thousands of online surveys completed by employees.\u00a0 Common themes among top companies focused on work-life balance; respect and caring for employees; recognition of accomplishments; feeling empowered; good teamwork and commitment to community.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.emersongroupinc.com\/\">Emerson Group<\/a>\u00a0has been\u00a0<em>Making Business Personal since 1971<\/em>\u00a0with two offices in Cherry Hill, NJ and Philadelphia,
