Here at Emerson Personnel Group, we have decided to consciously cultivate a culture of positivity. \u00a0And apparently alliteration. \u00a0\u00a0It takes at least as much energy to be pessimistic as optimistic, so we are choosing the positive path.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s true! \u00a0Okay, so it wasn\u2019t by much.\u00a0 But it was still a decline and that is positive news.<\/p>\n

Another\u00a0interesting statistic<\/a>\u00a0indicates that over 53,000 temporary jobs were posted in the last three months. This number shows growth of 31% over last year.\u00a0 Who is helping to fill these temporary jobs and how can you find them? \u00a0Staffing agencies, that\u2019s who.\u00a0 Creating an alliance with recruiters at reputable NJ temp agencies is in the best interest of job seekers. \u00a0You will have \u201can extra set of eyes\u201d looking out for\u00a0jobs that best fits your skill set and you may learn about open positions that are not publicly posted.<\/p>\n
